Red Rock Resources Plc announces that it has been informed of dealings on 15 December 2017 by directors in the Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence ("Shares") in the Company.

Mr Andrew Bell, a director, has purchased 11,500,000 Shares at a price of 0.808 pence per Share.
