Holding in Jupiter Mines Limited

Pallinghurst Resources Australia Ltd, a private investment company with whom Red Rock is deemed to be acting in concert for the purposes of section 15(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Australia), has increased its holding in Jupiter Mines Limited from 2,228,338 Ordinary Shares to 10,899,999 Ordinary Shares. This equates to 7.08% of the issued ordinary share capital of Jupiter Mines Limited.
