The Company was notified on 9 September 2010 that Barclays PLC, owing to an exemption within the  Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, does not hold a reportable holding in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Insofar as the Company is aware, Barclayshare Nominees Limited is interested in 50,977,507 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 7.94 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
