Red Rock Resources plc (the 'Company') is pleased to announce an investment in
Mindax Limited ('Mindax'), a mineral exploration company listed on the
Australian Stock Exchange ('ASX') under the trading symbol MDX. An announcement
of this holding has also been made on the ASX. As at 31 December 2007, the
Company had purchased 4,375,000 ordinary shares in Mindax, at an aggregate cost
of AUD 589,267.53, a cost met from the Company's existing cash reserves. Under
the rules of the ASX, holdings in excess of 5% are disclosable, and this holding
represents an interest of 5.18% in Mindax's issued ordinary share capital.



The Company holds the Mt Alfred tenement in the Eastern Goldfields of Western
Australia, where iron mineralization is present and a sampling programme was
carried out in late 2007, the results of which are awaited. Mindax holds
adjacent tenements to the north and north-west, and to the south, and in recent
exploration has encountered iron ore mineralization on strike from, and on the
boundary of, the Mt Alfred tenement.



The Company considers it likely that any development of iron ore production in
the area will require the co-operation of the two companies, and that Mindax
represents an attractive investment opportunity. Further information on Mindax
