Jupiter Mines announcement

Red Rock Resources plc ('Red Rock'), the mineral exploration and development company focused on iron ore/manganese, uranium/rare earths, and gold projects, both in Australia and in East Africa, announces that its associate company Jupiter Mines Ltd ('Jupiter') (ASX:JMS) announced today that Jupiter shareholders had approved the POSCO Australia Pty Ltd ('POSCO') strategic investment in Jupiter. As a result, Red Rock's holding of 93,104,165 ordinary shares in Jupiter now represents 25.15 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of Jupiter, as enlarged by the POSCO placing.
