Further to the announcement of 5th June 2017, Red Rock announces that Jupiter Mines Ltd, an Australian unlisted public company, has released the following announcement, an electronic copy of the report is available at the Jupiter Mines website, www.jupitermines.com
"TSHIPI NOW THE LARGEST EXPORTER OF MANGANESE ORE FROM SOUTH AFRICA
Jupiter Mines Limited ("Jupiter") is pleased to announce that for the five months to July 2017, Tshipi exported over 1.3 million tonnes, making it the largest exporter of manganese ore from South Africa.
Tshipi remains on track to achieve its record production target of 3 million tonnes for the 2018 financial year. At these levels it is the third largest manganese producer globally.
Should the existing production levels and manganese prices continue, Tshipi will deliver the ZAR500 million distribution to its shareholders in September 2017, as announced on 5 June 2017.
As a result, Jupiter will distribute a further US$25 million to its shareholders."
Red Rock holds approximately 1.2% of the issued share capital of Jupiter.
