DUAL LISTING ON FRANKFORT STOCK EXCHANGE

Red Rock Resources plc ('Red Rock' or the 'Company') the mineral exploration and
development company focused on advancing iron ore, uranium and manganese
projects in Western Australia and in Tasmania announced today its admission to
the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
Thor's primary listing is on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market where the
Company has traded since 29 July 2005.
The Directors believe being quoted on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will provide
the Company with access to the European capital markets.
