Reinstatement of Resource Star Limited to ASX

Red Rock Resources plc ("Red Rock" or "RRR") announces that its associated company Resource Star Limited (ASX: RSL), which is focussed on uranium exploration in Australia and Malawi, was today admitted to the official list of the Australian Stock Exchange with RSL's securities being reinstated to Official Quotation on the ASX as from the commencement of trading on Monday 1 March 2010.  This follows the closing of RSL's offer to raise capital under its replacement prospectus lodged 11 December 2009 (the "Offer") and the publication of its Half-Yearly Report for the half-year ended 31 December 2009.  The Offer raised A$1,900,506 before expenses at A$0.20 per share and RSL reported a loss for the period of A$504,941.
