Update on Annual Results

Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN), a leading UK IT managed services provider offering cloud, cyber security, connectivity and communication solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers, provides a further update on the timetable for publication of the Company's full year results for the financial year ended 31 March 2023 ("FY23")

Further to the announcement on 25 April 2023 (the "Trading Update"), which stated that the FY23 results would be published on 19 July 2023, the Company confirms a delay as it concludes the finalisation of the results, with time allowed for the Company's auditors to conclude their work.

The Company reiterates the guidance included in the Trading Update for the FY23 results:

·      Revenues of £141.8m (FY22: £93.3m);

·      Adjusted EBITDA* of £24.8m (FY22: £23.7m); and

·      Adjusted net debt as at 31 March 2023 of £35.5m (31 March 2022: net debt of £1.5m).

A further update regarding the results release date will be issued in August.

*Adjusted EBITDA is EBITDA excluding exceptional items, share-based payments and associated National Insurance.
