DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS
Redrow plc announces that D L Arnold on the date of his appointment as Director
to Redrow plc held a beneficial interest in 2,000 ordinary shares and an option
to buy 4,315 Redrow 10p ordinary shares under the 2002 Halifax Save As You Earn
Scheme.
In addition Redrow plc announces that on 22 September 2003 options over the
following number of ordinary shares of 10p each in Redrow plc were issued under
the Company's Long Term Share Incentive Plan :

Further, Redrow plc corrects an announcement made on 23 May 2003 concerning the
