Redrow plc have today received notification from Fidelity Investments that the
notifiable interest of Fidelity International Limited (FIL) and Mr Edward C
Johnson 3d (a principle shareholder of Fidelity International Limited)
constitutes 7.99% of the issued share capital of Redrow plc following a
reduction of their shareholding by 120,574 ordinary shares to 12,622,428
