Redrow plc have today received notification from Aegon Asset Management that
the notifiable interest of Aegon UK plc Group of Companies constitutes 4.03%
of the issued share capital of Redrow plc following an increase of their
shareholding by 1,699,500 ordinary shares to 6,368,637.
