HOLDING IN COMPANY





Redrow has received notification on 17 May of a correction from Lloyds TSB Group
of its May 9 notification. The corrected notification states that Lloyds TSB
Group and its subsidiaries have a notifiable interest in the company of 10.017%
(15,982,100 ordinary shares) of the issued share capital of Redrow. Of this
holding 4.09% (6,526,125) constitutes a material interest
