REDROW COMMERCIAL ENTERS INTO JOINT VENTURE WITH NORWICH UNION ON WINDSOR
OFFICE PARK


Redrow Group plc is pleased to announce that Redrow Commercial has entered
into a 50:50 joint venture with Norwich Union to develop 12,500 square metres
(134,900 square feet) of prime office accommodation on Windsor Office Park,
Maidenhead Road, Windsor.  The site had been acquired by Redrow in September
1999 and the completed development will have an estimated value of over £50
million.

Building work on the site commenced in November 1999 and completion of the two
three storey buildings is expected during 2001.
