Result of Annual General Meeting
Regional REIT Limited (LSE: RGL) ("Regional REIT", "the Group" or "the Company"), the UK regional office and industrial property focused REIT, is pleased to announce that, at the Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions were passed on a show of hands.
Resolutions 1 to 10 were passed as ordinary resolutions. Resolutions 11 and 12 were passed as extraordinary resolutions, as set out below:
Resolution 11 (extraordinary resolution): That the Directors be generally authorised to issue, allot and/or sell equity securities for cash, as if pre-emption rights attached to such shares did not apply to such allotment, issue and/or sale of such shares.
Resolution 12 (extraordinary resolution): That the Directors be authorised in addition to any authority granted under resolution 11 to allot, issue and/or sell equity securities for cash as if the pre-emption rights attached to such shares did not apply to any such allotment, issue and/or sale of such shares for the purposes of financing (or refinancing) acquisitions or capital investments.

About Regional REIT Regional REIT Limited (LSE: RGL) is a London Stock Exchange Main Market traded specialist real estate investment trust focused on office and industrial property interests in the principal regional locations of the United Kingdom outside of the M25 motorway.
Regional REIT is managed by London & Scottish Investments, the Asset Manager, and Toscafund Asset Management, the Investment Manager, and was formed by the combination of two existing funds previously created by the Managers as a differentiated play on the expected recovery in UK regional property, to deliver an attractive total return to Shareholders and with a strong focus on income.
