Notice of Creditor's decision on Joint Administrators' Proposals

Further to the announcement of the publication of the Joint Administrators' Proposals on 17 May 2024, ReNeuron Group plc (in administration) (AIM: RENE), a UK based leader in stem cell derived exosome technologies, announces that Mark Smith and Stephen Cork of Cork Gully LLP, the Joint Administrators of the Company and of its subsidiaries, ReNeuron Limited, ReNeuron (UK) Limited ReNeuron Holdings Limited (All in Administration) (together the "Group") have filed the "AM07 - Notice of creditor's decision on administrator's proposals" at Companies House. The notice will be published by Companies House in due course.

The notice documents that, at 23:59 hours on 30 May 2024, all decisions were duly approved by creditors.
