Notification of Major Interest in Shares

Guildford, UK, 3 November 2011: ReNeuron Group plc ("ReNeuron" or the "Company") (LSE: RENE.L) was notified on 2 November 2011 that Charles Anthony Good purchased a further 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 31 October 2011.

So far as ReNeuron is aware, following the purchase of these shares, Charles Anthony Good now holds 31,544,698 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 5.09% of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.
