Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM
Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2021, the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and a Form of Proxy were posted to shareholders on 20 December 2021.
The Annual General Meeting is to be held on Wednesday 26 January 2022 at 11.00am at Principal York Hotel, Station Road, York YO24 1AA. In light of the on-going COVID-19 pandemic and in the interests of the safety and wellbeing of our shareholders, the Board strongly urges all shareholders to not attend the in-person meeting and to register their votes in advance by appointing the Chairman of the AGM (and not any other person) as their proxy.
The Board understands the importance of the Annual General Meeting as a forum for shareholders to ask questions of the Board. Shareholders are encouraged to submit questions in advance of the Annual General Meeting, which the Board will be pleased to answer, via email to info@renewholdings.com , provided the questions are received before 9.30am on Monday 24 January 2022.
