Renew (AIM: RNWH), the leading Engineering Services Group supporting the maintenance and renewal of critical UK infrastructure, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2023, the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and a Form of Proxy were posted to shareholders on 20 December 2023. 

The Annual General Meeting is to be held on Tuesday 30 January 2024 at 11.00am at The Grand, Station Rise, York YO1 6GD.
