Appointment of Director

Renew Holdings plc, (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, announces that it has today appointed Paul Scott (49) as a director of the Company with immediate effect. Paul is Engineering Services Director of Renew and reports to Brian May, Chief Executive.
