Confirmation of Board Appointment

Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, confirms the appointment today of Sean Wyndham-Quin as a Director, further to the announcement made on the 11 August 2017. Mr Wyndham-Quin will take responsibility as Group Finance Director on the 29 November 2017. 

As of today's date, Mr Wyndham-Quin holds no other directorships. There are no other changes to the information concerning his appointment which was announced on 11 August 2017.
