The Company was today that earlier today, Roy Harrison, non-executive Chairman, purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 58 pence per share. 

As a result of this transaction Roy Harrison is now interested in 100,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.17% of the issued share capital of the Company.
