Director/PDMR shareholding
Exercise of Unapproved Share Options
Under the terms of the Renew Holdings plc Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme, Brian May has exercised options over 959,193 and John Samuel has exercised options over 545,548 ordinary shares of 10p in Renew today. Mr May has immediately sold 620,000 and Mr Samuel 355,000 of these shares at 123p in order to pay for the exercise together with income tax and national insurance liabilities arising from it.
The Company has issued new shares to satisfy these options bringing the total number of ordinary shares of 10p each of the Company in issue to 61,403,668, an increase of 2.51%.
Mr May is retaining 339,193 shares from the exercise bringing his total shareholding in the Company to 844,193 shares representing 1.4% of the issued share capital and Mr Samuel is retaining 190,548 shares bringing his total shareholding in the Company to 240,548 shares representing 0.4% of the issued share capital.
Following this exercise, there are no further options outstanding under the Renew Holdings plc Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme. There are a further 914,280 options outstanding under the Company's other executive incentive plans of which 114,280 have vested but have not been exercised.
