Director/PDMR shareholding

Exercise of Unapproved Share Options

Under the terms of the Renew Holdings plc Approved Executive Share Option Scheme, Brian May and John Samuel have each exercised options over 57,140 ordinary shares of 10p in Renew today. Mr May and Mr Samuel have both sold all of these shares today at an average price of 197.6281p per share.

The Company has issued new shares to satisfy these options bringing the total number of ordinary shares of 10p each of the Company in issue to 61,517,948, an increase of 0.19%.

Mr May continues to hold 844,193 shares representing 1.4% of the issued share capital and Mr Samuel continues to hold 240,548 shares representing 0.4% of the issued share capital.

Following this exercise, there are no further options outstanding under the Renew Holdings plc Approved Executive Share Option Scheme. There are a further 1,053,165 options outstanding under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan all of which are subject to performance criteria and none of which have yet vested.
