Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, announces that the spouse of Brian May, CEO of Renew, has sold 350,000 ordinary shares of 10p each today at a price of 284p per share.  This represents 0.5% of the issued share capital of the Company.  Mr May, and connected parties, resultant holding in the Company is 494,193 shares (0.8% of the issued share capital).
