Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, announces that John Bishop, a Director of Renew, has informed the Company that on 21 June 2017 he sold 2,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 451p per share. As a result, Mr Bishop's resultant holding in the Company is 9,390 shares (0.015% of the issued share capital).
