Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, has been notified that, Alexandra Samuel, the wife of John Samuel, a Director, has transferred 187,548 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Renew ("Renew Shares") to her spouse, at nil cost today. Following this transaction, John Samuel and his connected persons continue to hold 262,548 Renew Shares representing 0.42% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
