Issue of Equity
Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, announces that a total of 4,306 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued and allotted to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") on 20 December 2023.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 4,306 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to take place at 8.00am on 28 December 2023 and dealings in the placing shares will commence at that time. The Company's total issued share capital immediately following admission will consist of 79,138,195 Ordinary Shares with one voting right per share. The above figure of 79,138,195 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company following admission.
