Sandvika, May 05, 2011: Primary insider Odd Christopher Hansen (Board Member in
REC) has today purchased 50,000 shares in Renewable Energy Corporation ASA (REC)
at an average price of NOK 16.34 per share. After this transaction, Mr. Hansen
and related parties holds 100,000 shares in the company.
