Annual Report and Accounts 2015 and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Following the release on 21 May 2015 of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2015, Shanks Group plc ("Shanks") announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts 2015.

Shanks also announces that its 2015 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11am on Thursday 23 July 2015 at the offices of Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London EC2A 2HA. 

Copies of the Annual Report and Notice of AGM are available to view at www.shanksplc.com/agm2015 and have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM

Hard copies of these documents have also been mailed to those shareholders who have elected to continue to receive paper communications.

At the AGM it is proposed that Shanks adopts a new employee Sharesave Scheme. A summary of the proposed Scheme rules is set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting and a copy of the full rules is also available on the Shanks website and through the National Storage Mechanism.
