The Board of Shanks Group Plc announces that one of its subsidiaries, Shanks Wallonia Waste Services SA, has today merged into another of its subsidiaries, Shanks Belgium NV. Shanks Belgium NV has assumed all the assets and liabilities of Shanks Wallonia Waste Services SA. Shanks Belgium NV continues as a guarantor of the 2019 Notes and 2022 Notes.
