The Company is pleased to confirm that following the earlier announcement of the change of name of Shanks Group plc to Renewi plc, the 2019 Notes and 2022 Notes have similarly been renamed the Renewi plc 2019 Notes and Renewi plc 2022 Notes. The change will be reflected on the London Stock Exchange from 1 March 2017.
