Revised date for publication of results

Renishaw plc (the 'Company') announces that it will publish its results for the year ended 30^th June 2023 on Tuesday, 19^th September 2023. This was originally scheduled for Thursday, 14^th September 2023.

For the year ended 30^th June 2023, the Company expects to report revenue of £688.6m (FY2022 £671.1m) and adjusted profit before tax of £141.0m (FY2022 £163.7m), both in line with previous guidance.

There will be an audio-only results webcast question and answer session at 10:30 BST on 19^th September. There will be no presentation at this webcast; instead, a pre-recorded video presentation of the results will be embedded in the RNS statement released at 07:00 BST on 19^th September.
