                               Additional listing

The Company has applied for a block listing in respect of 1,000,000 ordinary
shares. 500,000 ordinary shares are in respect of the Executive Share Option
Scheme and 500,000 ordinary shares are in respect of the Savings Related Share
Option Scheme.

Admission is expected to be effective from 1 February 2006 subject to allotment.
When issued the new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with
existing ordinary shares.
