Renold announces that Bob Davies, Group Chief Executive Officer, notified the Company on 10 April 2012 that on 29 March 2012 he had purchased 205,545 ordinary shares of 5p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 36.30p per share.

The shares were purchased from Mr Davies' Self Invested Pension Plan managed by Alliance Trust Savings Nominees Limited which sold 206,932 shares at 36.25p per share.  His beneficial interest, including the beneficial holdings of his connected persons, following this transaction is set out below.
