Director's purchase of shares


Renold advises that Peter Edward Bream, the Group's Finance Director, has today
purchased a further seven thousand five hundred shares in the company (7,500) at
129.15p each and his total shareholding is now twenty seven thousand five
hundred shares (27,500).
