Directorate change

Following the announcement today of Peter Bream's appointment at Victrex plc, Renold expect to announce the appointment of a new Finance Director shortly.

Peter Bream will remain in his role until an orderly handover to the new Finance Director has been made. This follows the announcement on 8 June of the intended departure of Peter Bream as Finance Director.
