Total Voting Rights

In accordance with FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Renold would like to notify the market that, at the date of this announcement, Renold has an ordinary issued share capital of 219,564,703 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights. No shares are held in treasury and Renold deferred shares and preference stock do not carry voting rights.  Therefore, the total number of Renold ordinary shares with voting rights is 219,564,703.

Shareholders may use the above figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Renold under the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
