Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Rentokil Initial plc (the "Company") announces that it has been informed that Angela Seymour-Jackson, a non-executive director, was appointed as Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director of Gocompare.com Group plc on 12 September 2016 and that Gocompare.com Group plc listed on the London Stock Exchange on 3 November 2016.  Angela Seymour-Jackson will also be Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
