                Appointment of Mr Douglas Flynn as a director

Further to the announcement regarding the appointment of Mr Douglas Flynn as
chief executive of this company which was released through RNS on 7th February
2005 and, in accordance with paragraphs 16.4 and 16.5 of the UKLA Listing Rules,
I now provide the following information on Mr Flynn.
