The Company hereby announces that the award granted under the Rentokil Initial plc Performance Share Plan (PSP) in March 2018 to Daragh Fagan (a person discharging managerial responsibility) have been exercised with 41,268 of these shares subsequently being sold at a share price of £4.95 to cover his tax and national insurance liability.
