Rentokil Initial plc (the "Company") hereby announces that the award granted under the Rentokil Initial plc Performance Share Plan in September 2018 for Stuart Ingall-Tombs, Chief Financial Officer (a person discharging managerial responsibility), of 24,811 shares has been released with 8,708 of these shares subsequently being sold at a share price of £5.8292 to cover his tax and social security liability.
