The Company hereby announces that Sarosh Mistry, Non-Executive Director, purchased:

·   170 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) in the Company at a price of USD 27.149900 per ADS on 9 November 2023; and

·    200 ADSs in the Company at a price of USD 27.145000 per ADS on 9 November 2023.

Each ADS is equivalent to five of the Company's ordinary shares of one pence each.
