EGM Authorises Buy Back of Shares

         RENTOKIL INITIAL SHAREHOLDERS AUTHORISE
                   BUY BACK OF SHARES

Rentokil  Initial plc announces that at its Extraordinary
General Meeting held earlier today, shareholders approved
the resolution authorising the company to buy back up  to
15  per  cent  of its issued share capital  by  means  of
market purchases.
