Rentokil Initial plc's Exchange Offer to shareholders of
Ratin A/S declared wholly unconditional
Further to the announcement made by Rentokil Initial plc
('Rentokil Initial') on Friday, 26 May 2000 that it had
received acceptances in respect of over 90 per cent. of the
shares in Ratin A/S ('Ratin'), the new ordinary shares of
Rentokil Initial being issued pursuant to the Offer were
admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange this morning
and Rentokil Initial's share exchange offer for Ratin is
therefore wholly unconditional.
This announcement is not being and must not be distributed or
sent in, into or from Canada, Australia, Japan or any state
in the United States where the making of the offer would be
illegal under the laws of that state (an 'Excluded State')
(whether by use of the mails of, or by any means or
instrumentality of interstate or foreign commerce of, or any
facilities of a national securities exchange of, Canada,
Australia, Japan or any Excluded State) and doing so may
