RENTOKIL INITIAL plc
Rentokil Initial has posted a Circular and Notice of
Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders, to approve
the purchase and cancellation of Rentokil Initial shares
held by its subsidiary, Ratin A/S. The extraordinary
general meeting will be held at 3.00 p.m. on 25th August
at the company's head office.
