RENTOKIL INITIAL SHAREHOLDERS AUTHORISE
FURTHER BUY BACK OF SHARES
Rentokil Initial plc announces that at its Extraordinary
General Meeting held yesterday, shareholders approved the
resolution authorising the company to buy back up to 15
per cent of its issued share capital by means of market
purchases.
