Directorate Changes
The Directors of Reliance are pleased to announce the appointment of Mark
Harrison as Group Finance Director with effect from 10 October 2006.
Mark Harrison has extensive experience of operational financial management in
the services sector. He was previously chief financial officer of ACR Logistics
UK (formerly Hays Logistics) until its successful sale earlier this year. Prior
to that, he spent six years at British Airways, initially as financial director
of its engineering division and latterly of its world cargo division. He
qualified with Arthur Andersen and began his career in industry with Vauxhall
Motors where he worked in a variety of financial and treasury roles over a nine
year period.
Commenting on the appointment, Julian Nicholls, Group Managing Director, said:
'Mark brings to Reliance a record of achievement in a number of highly
challenging financial roles and his experience in the services sector will make
him a valuable addition to the group management team.'
The Directors of Reliance also announce the retirement of Neil French as a
Director with effect from 6 October 2006. He was Group Finance Director for over
4 years until he became a non-executive at the end of last year.
Commenting on his retirement, Julian Nicholls said:
' I would like to take the opportunity to thank Neil for his tremendous
continuing support since his retirement from executive office last December and
to wish him a long and happy retirement.'

Mark Andrew John Harrison is aged 42. He was a director of Kuehne & Nagel
Drinkflow Logistics (Holdings) Ltd and Kuehne & Nagel Drinkflow Logistics Ltd
until he resigned those appointments on 30 June 2006. There are no other details
regarding Mark Harrison's appointment which require disclosure under paragraph
(g) of Schedule Two to the AIM Rules.
