                     £430,000 contract award

RTS  Networks,  the  specialist provider of  Internet  solutions,
encompassing   Internet,   intranet,   extranet   and    wireless
technologies, has been awarded a £430k contract by Adoria  SA  to
deliver an Internet-based procurement management solution for the
food service sector.

Adoria  develops  and manages Internet-based  solutions  for  the
restaurant industry in Europe. The 'Adoria Procurement Solution',
will  target  European multi-site operators in  the  230  billion
Euros   restaurant  industry.  Using  an  RTS  NetWorks  Internet
solution, Adoria will offer electronic links in the food  service
supply  chain.   This  solution will eliminate  the  considerable
inefficiencies of the current paper-based procurement  processes.
The contract should be completed in the first half of this year.

Patrick  Brennan, CEO of Adoria, commented: 'The multi-unit  food

The  first  implementation of 'Adoria Procurement Solution'  will
take  place this month with one of Europe's biggest institutional
catering companies in France.
