RTS Networks Group PLC ('RTS Networks' or 'the Company')

The Directors of RTS Networks announce that they have invited Robotic Technology
Systems PLC ('RTS PLC') to appoint an administrative receiver under the terms of
a loan agreement between the two companies dated 17 January 2001.

In the Chairman's statement accompanying the interim results released on 18
October 2001, it was stated that the directors were actively seeking further
funding opportunities in order to secure the group's long-term future. The
Company announced on 5 November 2001 that it was in discussions with interested
parties which may or may not lead to an offer being made for the Company. In an
update on 28 January 2002 the Company stated that it required further funding in
the very near term.

The Directors have held discussions with a number of parties in this regard, but
unfortunately it has not proved possible for the Company to conclude a
transaction or attract adequate investment and the Directors have been advised
that the Company is no longer able to continue trading in its present form.
